Sundays Cross Country 17th February 2008.

Eccleshill fielded full ladies and men’s teams for the 4th race in a row at Sunday’s Peco (sports direct) Cross Country race series on the Danefield Plantation, Otley Chevin.
Being on one of the coldest days of the year meant the course was very hard which created a problem, should we wear studs or just ordinary road shoes?
The course itself takes in paths around the Chevin with only one testing hill it proved to be a very enjoyable race. Thanks to Fellendale (the hosts) for given us a well marshalled course and who also supplied the pictures (the link has been E-mailed to all).
More pictures are also on Abbey Runners website under the Peco Cross Country section.
